Palacio de Cutre is an Asturian manor house that hosts weddings and events. It stands on an 18,000-square-metre estate, with more than 3,000 square metres of gardens around the main house. In summer 2022 it opened a space just for weddings and events inside a medieval wall, with views of the Picos de Europa, where all the guests fit in one area. It welcomes weddings of 100 to 300 guests, with ceremony and banquet in the same place and just one event a day, between the sea and the Picos de Europa, in the mountains.
Where it is and how to get there
The palace is in La Goleta, in Miyares, in the council of Piloña, in eastern Asturias. Its services include transport and minibus and coach hire, a great comfort for guests from afar who would rather not drive mountain roads at night.
Ceremony, drinks and banquet
For the ceremony there is a 16th-century chapel with room for up to 100 people and a separate space for the civil ceremony. The building dates from the 16th century and keeps its wall, tower and chapel from that time. For the drinks reception there is a terrace, a landscaped area and a marquee. For the banquet, the palace has several halls for meals of up to 100 diners each, and a separate hall for small groups of up to 35, with room for 300 people in all. There is also a dance floor and a social hall. The space opened in 2022 was designed to seat all the guests together.

Menus, catering and prices
The palace has its own kitchen and also works with caterers, and the space can be rented on its own, with a kitchen for the caterer. Menus adapt, with versions for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, guests with high blood pressure, allergies and coeliacs, and the cooking is market-led, traditional Asturian, signature, international and fusion. For 2025 there are seven wedding menus named after trees: Los Robles, Los Manzanos, Los Castaños, Los Laureles, Los Guindales, Los Avellanos and Los Cerezos. Prices run from €150 to €350 per guest. The palace serves the cake, though you can bring one from outside at no extra charge, and the party has no closing time. There is no fixed fee for the venue, and cards are accepted.
Rooms and services
The palace offers accommodation to guests during the wedding weekend at special rates: double, triple and family rooms, with space for about 40 people. The rooms have a bathroom with hairdryer, heating, telephone, satellite television and a safe, and the couple can enjoy a suite. There is parking on site and access for guests with reduced mobility.
If it rains
When it rains, the chapel serves for the religious ceremony, and the halls and the marquee for the banquet, so the celebration carries on in comfort. The marquees are also included at no cost in one of the promotions.

Spots for photographs
The gardens of over 3,000 square metres, the medieval wall and the views of the Picos de Europa make the palace a film-set backdrop. The terraces also look out to those mountains, and the 16th-century tower and chapel complete the old ensemble. You can see 58 photos and 11 videos to get a feel for the light and the space.
