Llagar de Colloto is a cider-house restaurant in Colloto, a town in the council of Siero, right next to Oviedo. Its grounds, the Jardines del Llar, are a natural space of great value and the part of the place devoted to weddings. How to get there and access
Colloto is in Siero, on the edge of Oviedo, a few minutes from the city centre. The grounds are accessible for guests with reduced mobility, which is comfortable for anyone in a wheelchair or with a pushchair.
The ceremony and the spaces
For the ceremony there is a gazebo, a small open structure in the middle of the garden, reserved just for civil weddings. The welcome drinks reception is served in the Jardines del Llar, which also have a terrace, a marquee, a dance floor, a chill-out area for a quiet moment and a children's playground. The banquet is held in an air-conditioned hall for up to 275 guests; the minimum to book a wedding is 60. The hall has its own restrooms, a bar just for guests and a cloakroom service, and the restaurant decorates the hall and the grounds to each couple's taste.

Food, menus and prices
The restaurant prepares the food itself, and the hall has a separate kitchen that works only for the wedding. The cooking mixes traditional Asturian dishes with international cuisine and new trends, with great care over presentation. Menus cost between €97.90 and €124.90 per guest, and the open bar is included. You can choose a set menu or build one from scratch, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, diabetic, high-blood-pressure and allergy versions. The restaurant makes the cake, though couples may bring their own. There is no separate charge for use of the space. In high season the minimum rises to 100 diners.
Rooms and parking
The couple has a bridal suite, so they do not have to go to a hotel when the party ends. The grounds have private parking for guests who arrive by car.
If it rains
It often rains in Asturias, and the hall was designed with that in mind: it is ready for weddings all year round, so the banquet is always under cover. The Jardines del Llar also have a covered area for the welcome drinks, and the marquee is another option under a roof.
